Single person occupancy preferred. 2 friends occupy the home and have a rental history of 3 1/2 years here. The condo is located right by the 5 freeway near Cal Arts, C. O.C, & the Westfield Mall. Preferable tenant would be a student or someone who has as a full time job/career. Must be clean and pick up after self/respect the home and common areas. Whole place is furnished aside from room for rent. We are animal lovers but unfortunately no pets allowed, and no smoking.
