Room For Rent In A Family House Of 5

We are a Filipino family of 5( 4 are girls). We are looking for tenants who can keep the room clean and tidy. Strictly no smoking, no pets besides the ones we have, no loud noises at late night. Private room, shared bathroom, access to laundry and dryer, access to 2 tvs (one in living room and one in dining room with free wifi, netflix and hulu access), free parking, access to community pool, gym, etc.)
