I’m offering a room in my beautiful home in a quite neighborhood in Santa Clarita.

The room includes a queen size bed with drawers underneath, a bookshelves and a spacious closet.

Comes with private balcony to watch the sunset and a view of the neighborhood. Courtesy access to kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. No couple, no kids, and no pets of any kind.

The rent includes utilities - water, gas, electricity, wifi, and trash.

Strickly no smoking, no recreational drug use, or heavy alcohol drinking. No overnight guest without prior notification.

Must pass background check, provide proof of income, and pay $50 for application.
