Seeking Female for Single Room

Hello! This home is a single story, four bedroom, two bathroom home that was renovated in June 2022 so it is like new! The room is a private room with a shared bathroom.

The room is a standard room size. It comes with recessed lighting, ceiling fan windows with shades, and a closet with lots of shelving. All utilities come in the price of the rent (including professional housekeeping once a month) and access to kitchen and laundry.

There are three professional young women living in the home. We all keep to ourselves but also like to hang out from time to to. There is one medium sized dog that is very well behaved and extremely friendly!

Note: The $1,100 price is for a standard 6-12 month lease. The price is more if it is month to month. Rent also may change is WFH due to utilities.
