I own the home as well as live in the master with my extremely mellow friendly dog. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, I'm looking for someone respectful and pays their rent on time. That's all I really care about other than the obvious like don't have people over unless we talk about it first buy your own food and amenities. If you can do that well get along fine
