We live in a beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. You will have a fully furnished mid-size room with a deep closet and plenty of light.
The house has a roomy living and an open kitchen with modern appliances, washer and dryer included. The backyard is large, with and orange and a lemon tree and a patio with a little bbq and a basketball hoop.
There is also a garage with plenty of storage space, but you will be able to park in the street with a permit we will provide.
We have the fastest Internet connection from Time Warner, and you can enjoy Hulu, Neflix and Amazon Plus in our TV.
Residential, quiet street close to Ralphs and walking distance from metro rail station.
Price include all bills. One month deposit required.
