Looking For A Female To Take Over Lease

This is a private room with a private bathroom. I am moving to Texas and need someone to take over my lease. My roomate is in the industry and she is super sociable and nice. We went to college together and moved to LA a couple of months ago. This room comes with a parking spot in the garage under the apartment. The room fits a queen sized bed and still has room for two yoga mats (just for since reference lol). This is a two story apartment with the rooms being upstairs and a full living room, kitchen, and dining room downstairs with a guest half bathroom.
