Private room for rent in Santa Monica/Venice area!

Hi everyone,

We are subleasing a room in our 3bed / 2bathroom apartment, which would be available at the end of September. Our 3rd roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so you would be taking over his room.

About the apartment: Our apartment is located one block behind Abbot Kinney in Venice, and a 10 minute walk from Santa Monica as well as the beach. We're in a great location for anyone that's looking to live in Westside (1 mile from Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey, and a 5-10min drive to Culver City and the 10 freeway). We split rent 3 ways, so your share would be ~$1430 per month. We live in a gated duplex (second floor) with a small front yard, a private parking space in the back, and plenty street parking out front.

About Us: My roommate and I are both young professionals in our mid-20s. We graduated from USC a few years ago and have been living on the West Side ever since. We're both easy-going, clean, and respectful of other people's space - looking for a roommate who would do the same. Don't mind having guests over but no pets allowed as our landlord unfortunately doesn't allow them.
