Note: I am only here approx 2 weeks out of the month. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Roommates will often have the place to themselves. I prefer someone trustworthy, mellow, very clean, nonsmoker, considerate and kind.

Also, I have a small dog that is with me while at home occasionally. He is sweet, friendly, and never barks.
