Santa Monica master-bedroom with own bathroom

The apartment is furnished except for the master bedroom. There is laundry onsite also a carport to share and or parking permit for street parking. There is a balcony as well. The apartment is centrally located. It?s a 5 min car ride to Venice beach or Santa Monica beach, shops and restaurants. It is a quiet building. It?s not only a room that is available but the whole apartment as well. I?m a massage therapist /skin specialist. I?m quiet pretty mellow and I really like the public areas to be clean. I rarely have people over and I would like the same. I don?t mean that you can?t have people over just not every week or weekend. No sleepovers unless I?m asked and I?d do the same. Thank you.
