I am moving out of my space at the end of August. I am looking for someone to take over my room. I have two amazing female roommates. I lost my job due to COVID so I am having to move back to Austin, Texas - where I?m from. The apartment is at 3rd and Montana in Santa Monica. Amazing location and one block from the beach. It?s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. You?d have your own room, but share a bathroom with one girl. They both have full-time jobs. They?re currently working from home. My portion of the rent is $1,195 and will drop to $1,166 start September 1. The lease is month-to-month. I can be out as early as August 27th.
