* The house-mate can use the common area (living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio) and common equipment (refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave, oven, and cook top). AC system and heat.

* Rent is $1400/month plus $150/month for electricity, gas, Internet/wifi, water/trash, and cleaning service. Total is $1550/month with ALL utilities paid.
