This Beachy & Bright & Super Tidy Furnished Large Master Bedroom is best suited for a student or professional.

This is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment. This location is in really great neighborhood north of Wilshire and only 5 blocks to Ocean Ave.

Work or study at home? There is a balcony off of the living room that you will enjoy too! And is a huge courtyard and pool area here where many of the residents gather for a barbeque or games.
All activities end by 11PM for quiet time.

My dog Albee is very easy going.
He knows not to go in to your room unless you invite him. Albee comes with me almost everywhere.
We volunteer at a Pop Up Pantry (Food Bank) 3-4 days a week.

Things are kept tidy with the help of my professional cleaner, Jesse. There is an extra charge of $125 for his services for him to clean twice a month.

This building has onsite PayRange washer & dryers. If you have dry cleaning or personal laundry needs arrangements can be made for an outside service. Just inquire.

Towels, linens and bedspreads are available for your use.

A little about me:
I'm an active & outgoing, fun & friendly Auntie type and get along with all my neighbors of all ages.
I am an early riser so after 5pm, I spend most of my time in my room streaming my favorite shows and just relaxing.
I enjoy cooking and use the kitchen allott so often I will have food to share! For many years, I was in hospitality industry.
