This ad is for a spare unfurnished bedroom and spare bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 900+ sq. ft. apartment close to the beach in Santa Monica. The apartment is in a great controlled-access building with on-site laundry, friendly neighbors, and very responsive management. Our Wilshire/Montana neighborhood is very quiet and walkable with numerous tree lined streets, shops, bars, and restaurants like Father's Office and Starbucks. Tenant gets shared use of the kitchen and living room, and half the linen/closet space within the apartment. No assigned parking, but there is free street parking available on nearby streets. Utility costs (electricity/gas/internet) are split between tenant and incumbent roommate, a late 30's male I. T. Professional. The owner pays for Water and Trash. MUST have credit score of 700 or greater and make monthly gross salary of at least $4100. Eligible tenants can get an initial interview via Zoom in light of the pandemic. Tenant will owe prorated rent for the first month plus a security deposit of $1000.
