The place is super spacious. Located on a super quiet, tree-lined street, with easy access to the 10 Freeway, downtown Santa Monica, Arizona Ave bike path, and the beach. It takes approx 10 minutes to bike to the beach.

We're also within walking distance to the brand-spank'n new Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Erewhon for easy grocery shopping. All-in-all, it's a very convenient location.
