Double Room in 2 bed apartment in Venice

I’m currently seeking a new roommate at my 2 bedroom apartment located near Venice. The move in date will be April 1st, 2023. The rent will be $750 per month. A security deposit of $800 will also be due upon move in. For utilities (electric, gas, & internet) we would split the cost in half each month.

The location of my apartment is great, has a quiet and small town feel, with lots of great nature around. I am close by to all the major stores, with shopping and restaurants.

The available bedroom is the larger bedroom. The apartment has one bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Ground level. My apartment only shares one wall with the neighbor next door. The apartment is has a fully furnished living room, as well as everything set up in the kitchen. The available bedroom will be unfurnished upon move in. We each get our own parking spot in the parking spots in the driveway. There is a laundry machine is in the unit.
