I’m looking for a roommate in Santa Monica for a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is situated in prime Santa Monica, walkable distance to the pier, restaurants, bars, 3rd street promenade, grocery stores, and with easy access to the 10 Freeway. Large open shared space, fully furnished with design furniture and technology. Although, the room for rent is unfinished!

We’d share a tandem parking space in the gated garage. Coin operated, shared laundry in a small 10 apartment building.

About me: I’m a music lover and creative freelancer who mostly works from home but also works as a house and dog sitter, meaning that I’m often not at home for days up to several weeks. in which you will have the apartment all to yourself.

I have a British humor and am easy to get along with. I honestly love my home and like to keep it tidy. Oh, and I’m originally from Germany.

What kind of person I’m looking for:
Must be a working professional with proof of income. Must be OK with a small, extremely lovable dog on a rare time basis.
Must be clean and organized. Must like music :)
I’m wishing for someone to be friends with, who values traits like honesty, respect, and responsibility. I enjoy a good talk over a bottle of wine, a Netflix session, cooking together, or having some friends over. I also enjoy having me-time.
