Private bedroom to rent in a large Santa Monica apartment located close to The Promenade, public transit and the beach. The apartment is on the top floor of a security building with good light and a balcony with a view. High speed internet is included and there is a laundry room in the building. A city issued parking pass is supplied with the room rental.

You would have access to the kitchen, living and dining room and the balcony. The bathroom is shared with another person who occupies his own bedroom.

The monthly gas and electric bill are shared by the occupants.

This is a month-to-month rental, with preference given to someone likely to stay for a year or more. The room is available for single occupancy only.

I am a mature adult male who has lived here for years and the current roommate is also a middle aged male. The building residents are fairly low key and considerate neighbors.
