Private Unfurnished Room

Room available June 1st. A one time $250 security deposit. Its a four bedroom house. Living there is my self, my husband, my daughter, and one other female roommate. We have two cats and a dog, so no other pets allowed. Access to kitchen and laundry. Private bathroom, guests will use when visiting which isn't often. I will provide toilet paper and hand soap for that bathroom. Its month to month.
