I have a private room with a private bath available for rent downstairs. We live in a nice and safe gated community in a central location in Santa Clarita. Garage parking and utilities are included, and you'll have access to the resort-style pool and the paseo bike path. The metro link station and bus station are within walking distance. We're also very close to major hospitals, Calarts, and COC. You're welcome to use the kitchen and laundry machines in the house. Looking for a full-time worker or student, month-to-month lease.
