Looking for roommate in 2bed/2bath apartment

Hi! I'm currently looking for a roommate starting now (or April 1, whichever works best). I'm a freelance musician who travels a fair amount, looking for someone fairly clean and chill.

The bedroom is 11' by 14', not including the large closet. It has its own balcony and you'd have your own bathroom. Tandem indoor parking that's under the building, hot tub off the back. Rent is $1,048 per month, not including Internet, gas, and power. Security deposit is $570 and the application fee is $45 (refunded if it doesn't work out). Good or decent credit needed. The building manager is awesome--best I've had in LA by far. The building is very close to Ventura Blvd and within walking distance of Ralph's (super handy) and other local bars/restaurants.
