Second living room turned into bedroom

My living room is huge and has a second part in its own area, it?s big enough to fit a queen sized bed and small dresser etc. Everything in the room pictures above will be gone. We put up a light proof curtain but you could get a divider as well. 2 girls will be living here (we have cats). Super chill company and no one is ever home anyway! We have a washer and dryer in our apartment also! We split utilities and WiFi cost but it?s not a lot. You would share a bathroom with one of us. We?re close to everything and it?s a really nice area! :) The room will be spotless when you move in! (Available anytime after dec 10th but it?s a 300 nonrefundable deposit seeing as you don?t have to pay rent till January first! ) Let me know if you have any questions :)
