Room for Rent in great Neighborhood!

I have a room available in my two bedroom two bathroom condo like apartment. The bathrooms are SHARED because one is upstairs for the bedrooms and one is downstairs and is a half bath for guests. There is a lot of natural light, wood beamed ceilings, and a huge closet. And there is a skylight in the upstairs bathroom and a skylight in the dining room. Central Air. There are only seven units in the building and we have a common area where we bbq. I also have a really great back patio with tons of plants. The apt. is located in a great neighborhood two blocks north of Ventura Blvd. and is walking distance to restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. I am looking for a responsible FEMALE adult in her thirties or older that doesn?t smoke, do drugs, or have any drama.
