We have a 3 bedroom lovely apartment. We have an inside Washer/Dryer. We repainted the 3rd bedroom and added a New Twin Ikea Bed and dresser. There is a large window facing the interior. This is a small friendly apartment building with 15 units only. We would like to rent the room to a quiet female either student or professional.
The bathroom would be a share with me (Daughter) and we are tidy clean people. The kitchen is small but very nice and we have a large living room with Flat screen TV and dining area. We would ask that there be no overnight guests and we do not want any pets. I work full time and my mother is retired and is home a good deal of the time.
I am an accounts payable manager at a private day school and work m-f.
