Need a roommate

PLEASE NOTE: Room no longer has furniture. Just showing old picture to show room size.

I'm currently staying at a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I've lived here for a few years so the apartment is furnished. The last roommate dropped everything and left suddenly.

EDIT: I will not respond if you do not know how to get a credit report and also no pets.

There is a large patio with a table for smoking outside. The apartment comes with 1 parking space that can be shared.

Honestly my last 2 roommates were a mess. (Whether it was not paying rent or just being crazy) so a chill person would be nice.

Lastly the landlord will require a credit check, as well past pay stubs for proof of employment so I hope that's okay.
