Rent a room:)

Hello! We are three female students early 20s looking for a fourth roommate or a couple to share a room. This is a student environment, however we don?t mind if you have guest over as long as you let us know in advance. We are chill and easy going, but we do want someone who is responsible and clean. We are looking for the beginning of August. There is a common area bathroom down the hall. Utilities are included with the rent $750. (Looking for 6 month. If you want longer or shorter lease we can talk about it) although deposit to move in $675. We would love to meet in person first to get your vibe :))
