Private Room Available in Sherman Oaks Condo

Unfortunately, due to the recent pandemic one of my roommates had to leave due to financial strain. I have 1 room available for 850 per month plus utilities split in my 4 bed/3 bath condo. Move In date is October 1st This is NOT a shared room situation!

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well, which is really nice believe me. I'm looking for reliable, drama free, clean ladies who have enough savings for rent who don't smoke or do drugs of any kind. Would like minimal drinkers as well. There is also the option for a bed and mattress as well.

Unfortunately, I am allergic to pets. You must be willing to show proof of financial security.
