Female Roommate Wanted in Amazing RARE 3 Bed 2 Bat

SEEKING FEMALE ROOMMATE to fill room in our amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for MAY 1st move in (possibly sooner). We are tight community of women in our 30s who have lived at this property together for 2.5 wonderful years, and one of our ladies is moving on to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new girlfriend take over her room.

Ideally looking for someone to stay long-term so we can ideally build that same sense of community here, but open to short-term stay.

About the apartment:
- One leaser who rents out the rooms to sub-leasers (you and one other person).
- Apartment is fully furnished, but open to swapping out furniture if yours better fits the space.
- Very safe quiet residential street.
- All roommates must be screened by both myself and my other roommate before move-in.
- There is a roommate agreement that we all sign to ensure optimal understanding of the living situation and how to communicate needs effectively.
- All joint apartment expenses are split 3 ways, namely internet ($25 per person), electricity ($100 average every other month per person) and basic household supplies like paper towels and TP ($20 average per month per person).
- There is a closed parking garage, but only two spaces, so we tend to award parking based on seniority. Fortunately, where we live, street parking is abundant in our residential community, so it's never an issue.
- Amazing laundry right in the unit, free for anyone to use anytime.

About the room:
- Large carpeted spacious room with full closet and lots of natural light.
- Shared bathroom (you get your own sink and vanity area)
- Comes with a flat-screen TV already mounted on the wall.
