I have lived here for almost 5 years. I have a new work opportunity and have decided to move out of state. I am grandfathered in and pay $1000 less than what it worth and pay month month. I’m leaving behind all furnishings, including a king size bed, and interior decoration and tall standing desk, record player, entertainment center, bookshelves. There is more but you’ll have to see for yourself.

I’m also leaving behind recording and filming equipment that would be useful to actors and models and musicians. You can keep it or sell it. Including the furniture, you decide.
