Large room with two closets and private bathroom

Hi! I’m Shelly, I just bought this condo and have been living here since June. You would be sharing the condo with me and my little dog Mackie.

YOUR PRIVATE SPACE: Yours would be the second bedroom, which measures 13x10 room with 9ft ceilings, has a window overlooking cute courtyard and two closets in the room. You’ll have your own large bathroom with a spacious shower (and very good water pressure).

THE CONDO: The condo is on the top floor of condo complex with no shared outside walls. There is a large living room area, large main level balcony and plenty of space for desk in the main living area. The kitchen has extensive built in shelving around a breakfast nook, well maintained appliances. We also have our own huge private rooftop balcony. The complex is super nice with some really nice neighbors and has a small pool and workout center. We have gated remote access parking garage and tandem spaces (rip I know). The condo is located south of Ventura, a literal block from dozens of restaurants and a grocery store, and a few blocks from both the 101 and the 405.

ABOUT ME: My philosophy on roommates is that it’s fun to be friends, by far the most important thing is to be respectful and communicate. I like things clean but I’m not a neat freak. I value my quiet time and sleep when I need to recharge but do enjoy having people over occasionally!

My dog is a very well trained (though retired) service dog who does shed a little so if you’re not a dog person this probs wouldn’t be a good fit. In terms of other pets, I think a small dog would get a long great, a big dog or cat not so much.
