You would have your own room with private bathroom - the rooms are separated by the living room. This also includes a tandem parking space in a gated garage, and we only have 1 car. There is plenty of street parking as well. Great location - a short walk to Ventura Blvd, across the street from the Sherman Oaks Galleria, and plenty of restaurants & shops nearby.

We are a couple in our 30s looking for a roommate. We have 2 dogs (both sweethearts), and we are very easy going and get along with just about anyone. We would like our roommate to be a similar type. We both work Mon-Fri during the day, and while we have a very large & fun friend group, we do not bring the party home for the sake of maintaining a peaceful place to land.
