1.5 Bedrooms Own bath in Sherman Oaks

Hi! Starting June 6, I am looking for someone to share my apartment. This listing won’t let me put it together but I am looking for someone to take both rooms, not separate. $1650 for both. A block from Ventura Blvd, walking distance to restaurants, bars, a mall and grocery stores. It is technically two bedrooms available with 1 bath. One of the rooms is very small and best as an office. The other room is spacious! Water gas and wifi included. Only shared bill is electric. Great as a room and office or however you like. I am very easy going and just looking for someone clean, responsible and respectful of shared spaces :) I am mostly at work and not home often. Deposit is less than full month since the move in is a few days into June. First and last month needed and good credit.
