5. Full use of kitchen, living room, etc.
6. Security gate entrance to building, washer/dryer on premises (directly below the unit).
7. Medium-sized room, not cramped.
8. The apartment is a three-bedroom, two bath, with myself and one other very easygoing roommate.

Looking for:
1. Reliable, respectful, considerate, financially & socially responsible person in need of a pleasant, clean room in a nice neighborhood.
2. May be male or female
3. Must show proof of income and employment history before viewing. Must have good credit.

Important Notes:
1. Deposit--$400
2. Utilities not included (they range from about 60-150. The range is fairly large because electric is bi-monthly)
2. Month-to-month lease.
3. Reply with the 3 (a birthday, picture, and social media profile if possible)--to verify identity and for matching--if you expect a response.
4. Open to pets, potentially. May increase the deposit.
