Female roommate needed for Oct 1

I am moving at the end of September and need someone to take my place. This 3 bedroom apartment is located right on the border of Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys. There’s a Ralph’s right across the street as well as a Starbucks and Chipotle in front of the parking lot. Safe, quiet neighborhood and a 20 minute drive to Hollywood. You will share the apartment with two other female roommates who are awesome! Very respectful of space, clean and communicative on apartment needs. Unfortunately no cats or dogs allowed as one roommate already has one dog
