Beautiful Sherman Oaks Home!!

Looking for a long term, clean, organized, responsible, working, chill, trustworthy female roommate, to share a 2 living room, 2 bathroom house in Sherman Oaks. Would prefer someone who lives a more quiet life, who doesn’t party all the time.

The house: Situated in the heart of Sherman Oaks, close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Pavilions, The Westfield Mall, restaurants and more. Close to Ventura Blvd. The house itself is furnished, but the room is not. House is equipped with laundry, dishwasher, central air/heat, fireplace, yard, lots of street parking in front, fully stocked kitchen, internet, most tv apps and me :). I have a housekeeper that comes once a month to deep clean. May consider small.

The Room: Unfurnished master bedroom with a huge walk in closet and a view of the front yard, overlooking the street. You would have your own bathroom that’s disconnected from your room.
