For Rent: I have a medium to large size furnished room with private bathroom and closet. The room is part of a 3 bedroom apartment that my daughter and I live in (my daughter only 50% of the time).

Looking for a quiet and respectful roommate who understands that I am trying to create a family environment for my daughter in the apartment. I am a video editor and writer who is very agreeable and easy to live with.

The unit has shared common area and kitchen. Balcony off of the living room and a pool in the courtyard. Very cool area with easy access to 101 freeway and a Ralphs grocery store up the street.
