I have a large modern two story 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom house in Sherman Oaks that I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to a female between the ages of 21-70. Prefer a college student with good grades (for a better price). The house is in a nice part of Sherman Oaks has a swimming pool, washer/dryer landscaped garden, security system, and you can park your car in the driveway for security and safety. Cleaning lady comes once a week no charge to you. Room is on the second floor can come furnished or un-furnished has a queen sized bed TV, and dresser or can be unfurnished. Great house and location to both the 101 Freeway, 405 Freeway, and Ventura Blvd. Centrally located and less than a 30 min drive to UCLA, CSUN, 10 min Valley College, and many other schools.

I am looking for female lady age 21-70, must have good grades, clean and be respectful person. No partiers please.
