We have a beautiful, cozy home. A huge front yard with a swing. Our backyard is an oasis with a pool, a giant grapefruit tree, 2 lemon trees surrounded by nature.

Our neighborhood is gorgeous with tree lined streets.🌳 Walk to many great restaurants, grocery stores, salons, gym, shopping and theaters. Close to Balboa Park which has a gorgeous pond and also holds fun events. We’re close to 405/101hwy.

I have a CBD company and in home Wellness Sanctuary that is open to house mates after business hours. My roommate and friend has a corporate career.

We occasionally have dinner parties, movie nights, bbqs together yet we also give eachother plenty of space.
