Master bedroom with private bathroom

Large bedroom (16'x11') with private bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. Room has a small refrigerator w/freezer, microwave, toaster oven. Unit is on the top floor of a three story building 1/2 mile from the 101 freeway near Woodman and Magnolia. No parking, but always ample street parking. Google "Regency Garden" for street pov photos.

I'm a mature, semi-retired male, originally from Japan, having lived in this apartment for over 25 years mostly with my son. I am outgoing, cordial, helpful, and always respect privacy. I'm looking for one person only, employed, who is self contained, NOT work from home, as I do. All ages, gender, ethnicity, etc welcome.

Rent: $900 per month includes all utilities (DWP, gas, WiFi). I would like to have a deposit of $900 for the first months rent to hold and $900 deposit for the last months rent before moving in. Total $1900 before moving in. No exceptions please.
