Looking for a roommate in a spacious Sherman Oaks apartment! Close to the 101, 405, and just off Ventura Blvd.

The room itself has an attached bath and plenty of closet space, but please note it is not a master suite.

The rest of the apartment has plenty of space thanks to an open floor plan. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, dining room-living room area with wet bar, nice balcony, and even more closet space! There's central heat/AC and plenty of natural light.

We'll share a tandem parking spot in an underground garage. There's onsite laundry and a pool.

Looking for a roommate who wants a quiet refuge. I’m a homebody (and I WFH) and prefer a relaxed living environment. Few guests, no overnight guests. I try to keep shared spaces reasonably neat and tidy and ask that you do the same. I use the kitchen quite a bit (I love to cook!) but do my best to keep things from piling up on counters/in sinks.
