Hey there, looking for a friendly and respectful roommate who won't wear your shoes without asking or have weirdos staying over all the time? What a coincidence, so am I!

I am a friendly, educated, respectful, and responsible 30-something female looking for a roommate to rent one room in my nicely furnished (the room is unfurnished) 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. I keep the place very clean and tidy; looking for a roommate who does the same.

I am ideally looking for a female roommate, but I'm open to the right guy. Looking for someone chill, a student or someone with a steady job.

The apartment is approx. 1,100 square feet, secured, and on the second floor. You will have your own room, which fits a queen-sized bed and has a lot of natural light, and use of the rest of the apartment. The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. You will have one covered and gated parking spot (there is plenty of on-street parking as well), access to on-site laundry facilities, and close access to the 2 and 5 freeways. You can also easily stumble home from Cha Cha lounge or walk to 365.

Available June 1st, but move-in date can be flexible for the right person.

Rent: $1350, plus $100 flat for all utilities and maid service every other week. $1350 deposit, so $2800 total to move in
