We are looking for a clean and friendly roommate to live in 1 of 3 large private bedrooms available in a cute, rent-controlled townhouse in Virgil Village (just 2 blocks from Silverlake)!

The Room:
The available room has a closet and plenty of windows to let in natural sunlight. You will share a bathroom with 1 other roommate.

About the Roommates:
We are both in our 20s and pretty quiet, but friendly. We do hang out with each other and neighbors, and we have the occasional roomie dinner. Feel free to join our neighbors for a chat in the courtyard. We're very hard-working, but would love to get to know our new roommate. We love staying active (hiking/yoga/bouldering/dancin g) and wellness (meditation and mindfulness).

Virgil Village is a cute neighborhood that is quickly growing - there are bars and restaurants within walking distance, and we're about 4 blocks away from sunset. We are about 2 blocks away from the Red line and close to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc in Silverlake and Los Feliz.
