Hello,

Room available in the Westlake area, close to downtown and Silverlake. The room is a Three bedroom, one bath apartment. The apartment has in-unit laundry, new appliances, and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very quiet.

My roommate, and I both queer black men from Philadelphia. We are a young professional. I work in accounting and he works in human relations. We co-parent a kitten, who will be one in May. We are quiet and respectful of the space and would like someone who is the same.
