I am interviewing kind, clean, and responsible candidates to join this beautiful home, nestled right in the middle of tranquil, artsy Silverlake (Hollywood). This neighborhood is all quiet families and is convenient to get on all of the major freeways quickly.
You will have your own gigantic bedroom and access to any other amenities in this fully-furnished place, which is non-smoking and no pets. I am a straight man with 7-7 PM business hours looking preferably for a vegan/vegetarian roommate.
It will be $1,100.00 per month plus utilities (and a $1,100.00 deposit). You can do an immediate move-in now or on the first.
