Master in beautiful Silverlake house

Hi there,

I have a 1,200 sq foot house in Silverlake. House is 5 miute walk to Maurys bagels, Psychic wines and convenience stores, 8 minutes walk to great restaurants and bars on Sunset, 15 min walk to reservoir (or 5 minute bike ride, and there's partially covered outdoor storage space available for bikes).

Its has lots of garden space and a large deck with beautiful views of the Silverlake hills and city around.

Living room and kitchen are open plan and filled with light.

The available room is the master with private ensuite bathroom.

It's pictured here with bed and sofa, but currently its not furnished with a bed in case wanted that way, but I can furnish if needed. It does contain a lovely comfy sofa (which is actually also different from the one pictured but even cuter) and coffee table. French doors of the master open onto the deck and glorious views, and also provides your direct private entrance in and out. The en suite bathroom has modern finishes, and there's good sized closets. The master is on the opposite side of the house of the other bedrooms so it feels very private and self contained.

There's also an open plan office that could serve as an additional space if you need it (esp. during these strange times of quarantine) for a small amount extra.

The house is shared with two other persons and a cat. We are employed, mature, easy going but clean and respectful. We are seeking someone who is also employed, mature, easy going, clean and contributive to keeping the common spaces zen and tidy :) not looking for someone who has lots of guests in and out all the time, this isn't a party house, more of a retreat :)

House has central AC and heating, washer and dryer. Street parking is non permit and pretty easy and available, and there's also a parking spot in front of the garage we share.

Dates wise - availability is flexible, if you only want for as little as 3 months or as much as a year, pretty open. Just want to find a great fit :)
