Although the house is located so centrally, it is tucked away in the Silver Lake hills, so you do not get any of the Sunset Blvd street noise.

Coffee shops, shopping, Vons, Whole Food, Trader Joes and more within walking distance.

Parking and in-unit laundry available.

Living room is decked out with furniture, TV, etc.

Total price = 1485 + 99 (monthly service charge - wifi, cleaners, maintenance, etc.) + utilities (50-75 per month). Great price for the location and size of the room.

Management company is Bungalow, and they require a 650+ credit score and income 3x rent.

Current roommates are young professionals between 21 and 30. They are all super chill and enjoy spending time together, but have no problem keeping to themselves.

Unfortunately, I have to move out because of work, so I need someone to take over my lease.
