We have a bedroom for rent in our glorious 50’s style raised home in beautiful Silverlake.
We being Adam & Soumitra; 2 close friends & Union Artists.
A Costumer / Lasercuter’ist & an Animator at DreamWorks.
We are looking for another roommate; a third person for the space.
An ideal roommate would be responsible / reliable / clean / financially stable adult in their 30’s / 40’s who’s needs a possible longterm living situation.
Someone with a career, a passion; or something similar.
Someone with a consistent day job outside of the home.
Female roommate is preferred but we're open to considering everybody.
The room for rent is 150 ft.² approximately with a closet, lots of drawer space, LOTS of light & a shared bathroom.
Also includes a creative desk space separate from the room.
The bathroom has a shower / bathtub & lots of storage as well.
The house has central heating / AC & SUPER FAST wifi.
The house has a house keeper who cleans twice a month. (We love her!)
The house is fully furnish.
The room for rent is unfurnished / open space.
The location / neighborhood is just fantastic: in the heart of residential Silverlake // a block off of the reservoir.
Easy & safe street parking // no street cleaning restrictions & super friendly neighbors!!!!  
Walking distance to the reservoir / meadow / Trader Joe’s / bars & restaurants. 
Easy access to I-5, 2 & 101 freeways. 

We have a full front // back yard // trampoline.
A huge Camphor tree full of chandeliers which has become a Los Angeles Landmark.
