Private entrance and bath

Very quiet residential area. Room has its own private entrance and bath. Furnished with a small refrigerator and microwave oven. Spacious closet. My house is located in a cul-d-sac with parking space available and it is in close proximity to the Whittier Narrow and Legg Lake recreational facility and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping areas.
I am looking for a responsible person with stable employment and non-smoker. no drugs and or alcohol allowed and no overnight guests. I do not have kitchen nor laundry facilities but the laundry facility is only five minutes away. Proof of income required. Background check preferred.
