Upstairs Room Shared Bathroom

We are a family of 4 (3 adult ladies, 1 male child) who are looking to rent a room to someone who is family oriented. My mother is older and will be home everyday. We would like them to be considerate, respectful, and trustworthy since this is our home. No pets. Detached/shared bathroom with other tenant who are a young, married couple. The unit is upstairs. There is a big closet. Will have access to kitchen/living and dining room. Street parking. We are up early, and sometimes come home late.

NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS (unless we permit it)
NO SMOKING/ALCOHOL

UTILITIES INCLUDE INTERNET AND CABLE

WASHER & DRYER ON SITE

Move-in is the 1st of February. We are hoping for long-term.
