There are common sense house rules everyone signs too, posted around the house walls.

No credit check :) Background Check for felonies and references, work/income status.

Perfect for monthly renting. We house everyone who is kind and who likes an over-all well kept house. All races , genders and ages. Average age is 22 to 40.

Great for musicians, Artist and Students, Gig workers.

Month 2 month lease. Avg. stay 3 to 18 months.

There is communal space for recording music, working on computers and taking headshots.

Outdoor Gym, Outdoor lounges.

Not a private room

Locking Private Wardrobe closet per person. 2x3x6 feet. Extra shelving, storage for suitcases, one box.

Two internet connections.

Very organized and clean - maid weekly
Amazing Front and back yards

Large Shared Rooms. Just like a Mediterranean Hostel. A/C

Security camera in common areas, house rules contract. House manager, pest control.

All utilities and hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper.

Weekly Maid! Keeps it cleaner than most apartments or roommate shares. Pest control.

This is not a druggie or Party House.

No smoking inside the house
